The sales person indicated that there was a small amount of damage reported on the autocheck report but it was cosmetic and had been repaired. We reviewed what was advertised on their site and the auto check report over the phone. I worked with the sales person over the phone initially. I was ready to sign the paperwork and drive it back. I had inquired about a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee previous to driving to the dealership. I recently drove 2 1/2 hours (5 hours total) to buy a car that I did not end up purchasing from Chilson's. I had a Toyota for 10 years with absolutely no problems. Do not, do not, do not do business with Chrysler. I am not going to hold my breath because I think I will die from this HORRIBLE ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told her what I wanted was someone from the dealership to drive up leave me a vehicle and pick up my Ram 1500 fix it and deliver it back. She tried to call the dealership and had to leave a voice mail. The person I talked to said that EMILY had not started a case for my complaint because Chrysler's computers were not working. I called Chrysler again and reported the NEW problem. Now I am afraid to go anywhere because of these electronic failures. When I came back and unlocked it the EMERGENCY HORN went off loud and again and again until I started it up and started driving off. I locked it with the key at my destination. In the meantime I went to get lunch and when I put the key in the lock to unlock the door the EMERGENCY Horn went off and went off and went off until I started it up and started driving. He gave me the customer service number for Chrysler, 80 and I talked to EMILY. I said this is "unacceptable" as it is a huge waste of my time for a BRAND NEW VEHICLE that should have no problems. I called the salesman, Jim Loppnow and he said we can make you an appointment to brings it in or you can take it to a Ram dealership closer to you. If you identify information that you believe to be incorrect or outdated, let us know.I bought this 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 brand new and at 400 miles on a trip to visit grandchildren, the electronic locks quit working day 8.

While CNN has attempted to clean this data, it may still contain errors. Employee totals, which the SBA refers to as “jobs retained,” refers to the number of employees as reported by the borrower and may not necessarily reflect the number of workers kept employed with PPP funds. Data for those and cancelled loans is not included in this database.īecause the SBA released loan amounts in ranges, date, business type, industry, state and county totals represent minimum estimates. Dollar amounts represent loan amounts approved by lenders and not necessarily the amount of money disbursed to businesses.įor loans worth less than $150,000, the SBA released anonymized data by state. This data represents about 13% of the 4.8 million loans and about 73% of the $521 billion approved under the PPP to date.
